Rimon Port Style
Port-style wine made from Pomegranates that reached their peak maturity. The fermentation of this wine was stopped early, in order to preserve the natural sweetness of the pomegranate fruit.
The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels in the sun. The Galilean climate is characterized by hot days and cold nights and therefore maintains proper balance of temperatures in barrels
The wine is rich in aromas and flavors of the Pomegranate fruit, as well as flavors of chocolate, vanilla and berries, which were awarded from the barrel.
