The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey

Produced by the Dublin Liberties Distillery and Conceived by Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog, this whiskey is like taking a journey through the 1800’s during the New York riots.

Aged 5 years in bourbon casks and finished in a half size virgin American oak barrels.

The colour – thick, rich, golden.

The scent –  bourbon followed by vanilla, Then the riot begins spice, fruit, malt.

The Palate – the bourbon and vanilla and the spice notes are running riot.

The Finish – long and lasting
