Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne and some of the Grenache Blanc for this blend were sourced from the Fairview farm on the slopes of Paarl Mountain.

Vibrant light green colour in the glass.

Layered aromas of Granny Smith apple, peach and floral notes.

Palate is crisp with minerality, stone fruits, citrus flavours and fresh lingering acidity.
