Pomegranate Wine

This dessert brew is made entirely of pomegranate fruit from the fruit orchards of Kerem Ben Zimra in the Upper Galilee.

The wine is produced from a new variety of pomegranates using traditional technology and the pomegranates were harvested when they reached a maximum ripening level.

The fermentation of the juice was stopped early in order to preserve the natural sweetness of the fruit.

This wine is characterized by a delicate oval color, a fruity aroma and a refreshing finish. It is recommended to serve as an aperitif or alongside light dishes, fruit and dessert.
