Pomegranate Wine

Half of the wine was fermented in French oak barrels, and half in stainless steel containers.

The fermentation was stopped early in order to preserve some of the natural sweetness of the fruit.

It is characterized by velvety violet color, fruity aroma and fine pomegranate flavors.
