The term Scalunera, Sicilian for big stairs, refers to the terraced vineyards found on the steep slopes of the Etna vulcano.

Scalunera Bianco is a selection of Carricante grapes, an indegenous grape that thrives on the high altitude vineyards of Torre Mora.

Bold and nimble style, with fresh, white fruit and herbs aromas.

Rich flavour springs up with lively acidity, fresh and salty, mineral essence lingers on the finish.
