The Isle of Raasay Distillery, established in 2017, is the first legal distillery on the Hebridean Isle of Raasay, Scotland. Their flagship product, the Isle of Raasay Single Malt Whisky, is lightly peated and matured in a combination of first-fill rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks.
